OBJECTIVES

1. To study and understand the concept of marketing research.

2. To evaluate’s individual overall well-being while gaining valuable insights into multiple

parameters of emotional and mental health.

❖ The study is based on sampling technique, so there is chances of sampling errors.
❖ There may be errors due to bias of respondent.
04 - DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION

This chapter deals with analysis and interpretation of data collected of data with the help of
questionnaire. Analysis of data is the most skilled task in the research process. Analysis of
data means studying the tabulated material in order to determine inherent fact or meaning.
The data is analyzed and presented in the form of table with necessary interpretation
alongside. Various types of statistical methods are used for analysis of data .This analysis is
supplemented by explanation, tables and diagrams.

The chart shows that among 80 individuals 75% are not concerned about too many details.

INTERPRETATION
Out of 80 respondents only 13 people allow others to take their life’s decisions.
05 - FINDINGS & CONCLUSIONS

"Findings"
• out of 80 respondents 80 are familiar with what mental well being belongs to.

• The 80 respondents they get information about mental health care is first rank is internet and
second rank is friends and third rank is newspaper and fourth rank is journals etc.

• 63 of respondents are offended easily(78.75%) and (21.25)are not offensive in nature.

• Among 80 individuals 72 know what kind of person they want to be in future and rest of them are
still thinking.

• The chart shows that among 80 individuals 75% are not concerned about too many details.

• There is a significant difference between income level and mental well being it means mental
health is not at all concerned with higher or lower the rate of income

• The two attributes gender and strees level taken by the respondent are
independent.
"Conclusions"
• This study examined the mental well being of consumer’s belongs to all ages in a
particular area..

• According to WHO, there is no single 'official' definition of mental health. Mental health
refers to a person's psychological, emotional, and social well-being; it influences what they
feel and how they think, and behave. The state of cognitive and behavioural well-being is
referred to as mental health

• Emotional wellbeing is an integral part of our health and plays a vital role in spheres of
human life. understanding its impact and managing a balance is key.

• An emotionally fit and stable person always feels vibrant and truly alive and can easily
manage emotionally difficult situations. To be emotionally strong, one has to be physically
fit too. Although mental health is a personal issue, what affects one person may or may not
affect another; yet, several key elements lead to mental health issues

• Journaling thoughts daily and sharing them without any hesitation can prove to be of
significant importance in personality development of younger groups and emotional
management of elder ones. So don't let your emotions die in silence but share them with a
broad smile and an air of relief.
