1. Operator Level, Training Curriculum, Length of Training, Passing Grade and Work Assignment.

 This training certification schemes serves as the guidelines for Training Program of Operator. From the day of
hiring as trainee until to be qualified or certified at different level.
 Each operator level has a training curriculum to undergo and finish, the length of training, passing grade and
process assignment are all specified in this training program and certification scheme. A badge or process
certification ID will then be issued to certified operator.
