• The internship at EQSIS lasted one month gaining information about the entire
organizational workings process of the company
• The main purpose of the organizational study was to study the various
departments mainly marketing department of the company and understanding
the comapany's functions,operations,their achievements so far,their marketing
strategies.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT
The marketing department in EQSIS plays a crucial role in attracting and retaining
clients, building brand awareness, and promoting the company's financial products
and services. The process typically involves several key steps:
• Defining target customer segments for the financial products and services
offered
• Using various technology like social media and internet marketing to attract
larger audience base

• The objective for interns at EQSIS is to promote the product "EQSIS INVEST
" . It is a app used to provide timely stock market investment recommendations
to its clients
• Interns are asked to form groups among themselves and are given set of pre
determined questions and asked to rank the questions based on its relevance
enabling a deeper understanding about investment and stock markets
• After discussing about the ranked questions the interns are asked to create a
powerpoint presentations to make sure everyone understood about the topics
OBSERVATION & LEARNING
• Questionnaire is created with the purpose of finding the targeted customers and
interns are asked to send the Questionnaire to as many people as possible
through whatsapp and other social media.
• The final task in the internship involved reaching out to prospects with EQSIS
INVEST. This phase allowed interns to apply their acquired knowledge and
skills in a practical setting, engaging with potential customers and promoting the
investment product
• The interface of the app and its website can be simplifed for better navigation
of the clients
• Giving customers the ability to trade while onthe go with EQSIS INVEST's
mobile app
