INTRODUCTION

• The Organizational study of EQSIS provided a valuable knowledge and a best


learning experience

• The internship at EQSIS lasted one month gaining information about the entire
organizational workings process of the company

• The main purpose of the organizational study was to study the various
departments mainly marketing department of the company and understanding
the comapany's functions,operations,their achievements so far,their marketing
strategies.

firm which gives its clients the most optimum and efficient solutions
about stocks with its leading market analyist and various research tools

• EQSIS was established in 2014 and is located in Kodambakkam,


Chennai.It offers onsite services, online classes, and online appointments

The marketing department in EQSIS plays a crucial role in attracting and retaining
clients, building brand awareness, and promoting the company's financial products
and services. The process typically involves several key steps:

• Current market trends,customer needs and their preferences are identified


through conducting market research studies

• Defining target customer segments for the financial products and services
offered

• Various strategies are formulated and implemented to attract more customers

• Using various technology like social media and internet marketing to attract
larger audience base

OBSERVATION & LEARNING

• The objective for interns at EQSIS is to promote the product "EQSIS INVEST
" . It is a app used to provide timely stock market investment recommendations
to its clients

• Interns are asked to form groups among themselves and are given set of pre
determined questions and asked to rank the questions based on its relevance
enabling a deeper understanding about investment and stock markets

• After discussing about the ranked questions the interns are asked to create a
powerpoint presentations to make sure everyone understood about the topics
OBSERVATION & LEARNING

• Following the knowledge-sharing phase, interns are directed towards lead


collection, aimed at identifying potential audiences for EQSIS INVEST

• Questionnaire is created with the purpose of finding the targeted customers and
interns are asked to send the Questionnaire to as many people as possible
through whatsapp and other social media.

• The final task in the internship involved reaching out to prospects with EQSIS
INVEST. This phase allowed interns to apply their acquired knowledge and
skills in a practical setting, engaging with potential customers and promoting the
investment product

• Interns gained valuable knowledge about the investment industry, developed


presentation skills, and developed a practical understanding of lead generation,
and enhanced their communication skills.
SUGGESTIONS

• The interface of the app and its website can be simplifed for better navigation
of the clients

• Provide detailed analytics and reports on the historical performance of


recommended stocks

• Giving customers the ability to trade while onthe go with EQSIS INVEST's
mobile app

• Increasingly providing clients with educational materials like e-books, blog


entries and Webinars

• Financial organizations can collaborate to provide their customers with a wider


range of financial services.
CONCLUSION

Through this internship in EQSIS company I learned about how


the company users various methods of marketing strategies to
promote its product and how to find a products targeted audiences
through well structured questionnaire models and persuading the
customer to purchase the product by offering discounts ,trail
periods or conducting seminars. Thus I learned about the
marketing structure of EQSIS and there are also some few areas
which can be improved to increase its productivity.
