UNDERSTANDING TERM FIRST

IMPRESSION FI

These all are the traits which consist of impression

and thereby are related to your 1st impression. The Way you carry yourself Your Dress-up The way you express yourself Your Mannerism Your Behavior Your Communication The way you treat the other person

PERCEPTIONS BASED ON FI:

Importance
given to FI to form permanent perception about someone. For instance some people say you are never on time or why cant you ever understand at first? Social mirror as the basic source of a persons definition of himself makes him confuse between the mirror reflection with his real self

VISION EXPANSION
Branding
a person permanently based on what you saw or heard for a brief time.

Catching a person at the wrong time or wrong place. Everybody cannot be in the right place at the right time Being in the wrong place at the wrong time is not a crime or always avoidable.

PARADIGM Meaning:
A model, theory, perception one forms about something. The way of seeing the world not in terms of our visual sense of sight but in terms of our perceiving and understanding. We tend to assume that the way we see things is the way they really are and we seldom question the accuracy of our assumptions.

PARADIGM SHIFT
As
a human having dominancy over other creations we should be flexible in opinion forming process and in judgmental behavior. We should know how to have our PARADIGM SHIFT.

VALUE OTHERS POTENTIAL

To affirm a persons worth or potential , weve to
look at him with the eye of faith and treat him in terms of his potential , not his behavior. Treat a man as he is , and he will remain as he is ; treat a man as he can and should be and he will become as he can and should be

CONCLUSION Don't judge a book by its cover

>>>Finally I conclude this presentation with a great quote from Violet Asquith, a British politician, who said, The first time you see Winston Churchill you see all his faults, and the rest of your life you spend discovering his virtues.
