 INTRODUCTION
• The Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry in Bangladesh is one of the largest and most
crucial sectors of the country's economy. Ensuring health and safety in the RMG sector in
Bangladesh is of paramount importance due to the large workforce and the potential risks
associated with this industry. Over the years, various measures have been taken to
improve health and safety standards in Bangladesh's RMG sector.
• We are considering the MAC TEX garments company for research paper.
 OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

•The following are the goals of the organization's study on health and safety law:

 Become more knowledgeable about the legal obligations of workplace health and safety.
 Assist organizations in comprehending their legal responsibilities regarding health and safety.
 Give advice on the creation and application of efficient health and safety management systems.
 Determine and evaluate the risks at work.
 Put in place the proper controls to lower risks.
 Encourage a culture of health and safety throughout the company according to BLA 2006.
 LITERATURE REVIEW
This literature review provides an key aspects related to safety and hygiene in the RMG
sector, and safety and hygiene in there RMG sector in Bangladesh , governed by labor laws
and international initiatives, remain critical areas of concern and improvement. However, it
has also been marred by concern about the safety and hygiene of the workers.

 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
The purpose of the study is to look into how BLA, 2006's health and safety regulations apply to
MacTex garment producers and how these regulations affect factory output

Sample :The Mac-Tex plant workers were our target audience for this survey. The responders
are Mac-Tex employees, both male and female. We carry it out in the city of Dhaka.
Additionally, 30 respondents were chosen at random for the survey.
 Data analyzing method:

In order to analyze the data, we used Survey response to put together the survey forms in
accordance with our research goal. After that, we will interpret them in line with our
objectives, starting with issues related to benefits, hygienic amenities, and health. Each
interpretation will be shown with a matching pie chart.
FINDINGS AND DISCUSSIONS

From the data of this report, we would
like to recommend the management
to become more serious
Managers needs to take the time to
meet each employee and provide
customized and genuine feedback for
the better impact
Limitation
At first, we didn’t able to reach all
kinds of workers due to time and
budget constraints. We could not able
to ask many sensitive questions due to
privacy issues so we had put our main
focuses on basic part of this issue. Few
surveys from a company won’t show
the real scenario of this sector.
Conclusion
Every industry in this sector must
be aware about the rules of health
and hygiene related law in terms of
BLA 2006. Employees and workers
will be benefitted to work in an
environment which follows all kind
of health-related laws and
regulation.
