This document provides an overview of a PERMA Wellbeing Workshop at Woodhouse Primary Academy. The workshop aims to:
1) Develop an understanding of the PERMA model of wellbeing, which focuses on Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishment;
2) Give participants opportunities to reflect on the five areas of PERMA and set goals to improve their own wellbeing; and
3) Allow participants to discuss the model with their colleagues.
The workshop involves introduction activities, presentations and exercises related to each component of the PERMA model, and self-reflection questions to help participants assess their wellbeing.
