In the workshop, you will:
– Develop an understanding of
PERMA, an evidence-based
model of wellbeing;
– Have opportunities to reflect on
the five areas of the model & set
achievable, realistic goals to
promote your own wellbeing;
– Have opportunities to share and
discuss the model with your
colleagues.
Introduction Activity
– You have 1 minute to list all the
things/experiences/people that have
made you have a positive emotion this
past week (e.g. happiness, excitement,
comfort, satisfaction)
– When we do our introductions:
