INTRODUCTION

 Recruitment & selection process is an important aspect in Human resource management.

HR manager plays important role to recruit and select right person for the right job at

right cost and time.

 every organization has its own policy and procedure of recruitment & selection,

particularly established organization has professional view for hiring employees

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

 This study covers all aspects of training and development programs in HSBC.

 This study cover the New Entrant Manager response towards the recruitment
and selection programs in the organization. HRM plays a large part in
determining the effectiveness and efficiency of the establishment.

CONCLUSION

 The Recruitment process at HSBC Pvt Ltd to same extent is not done objectively &
therefore lot of bias hampers the future of the employees. That is why the search or he
headhunt of people should be of those whose skill fits in to the company’s values.

 Most of the employees were satisfied but changes are required according to the changing
scenario as Recruitment process has great impact on the working of the company as a
fresh blood, new idea enters in the company.
RECOMMENDATIONS

 The company should give more focus on recruiting the vacancies through the campus
placements as they had good academic colleges nearby them.

 The company shall give offer letter on time to the employees at the time of their final
selection only

 They panel members or interviewers should focus on giving the opportunity to clarify all
the doubts regarding the role during the interview.
