• Customer segmentation is individual apartment or house owners

What we learned
• Installation key bottleneck -> focus on new buildings and standardised layouts like big apartment buildings, hotels etc.
• Architects are the ones deciding the layouts, so important target group
• Customers are not having a problem with energy consumption of the appliances, as they are investing on high efficient appliances (A+)
• Apartment owners have a problem with installing a new system due to the space constraints.
