POLICY
I. Guidelines for Conduct
 Insufficient reasons for habitual
absences and tardiness
 Vandalism, destroying school property
 Dishonesty cheating, forgery of
signature of parents or guardian,
falsification of records of credentials
 Drunkenness on possession of
alcoholic beverages and liquor
 Gambling

 Smoking and possession of
cigarettes/vapes within school premises
 Borrowing, lending and tampering of ID
 Public display of affection, indecent or
immoral conduct/harassment
 Joining/ formation or membership in
organization not sanctioned by the
school.
 Carrying/ possession or use of
explosive/ other deadly weapon.

 Fighting/ inciting fight causing injury to
others.
 Wearing of earring for male/ more than
one set of earrings for female.
 Possession of pornographic literature/
materials.
 Using or possession of illegal drugs
 Bullying in any forms (RA 10627)
II. Discipline
Proper discipline trains students to become a wealthy individual .
 No student is allowed to leave the
campus during school hour, In case of
emergency parents/guardian must fetch
the student.
 Students must ask permission from the
Adviser, Clinic Coordinator and
approved permit by School Head before
leaving the school campus.

 No student are allowed to roam around
the school campus while classes are
going on.
 After dismissal, no students are allowed
to enter again the campus.

 Students are required to observe proper
decorum at all times except during
recitation interactive classroom

 Student should always form their lines
in entering and going out of their
classroom especially during Flag
Ceremony.

 Attendance is COMPULSARY during
flag ceremony every Monday.
 Avoid using cellphones, headset, and
other gadgets inside the classroom
 Students should respect their teachers
and classmates at all times.
 No students are allowed to touch
anything on the teacher’s table unless
requested by the teacher to do so.
III. Classroom Discipline
 Students should avoid wearing make-
up / lipstick.
 Wearing of jewelries is discouraged.
 Students are required to be in complete
uniform (Given by the City Government)
on all school days. Strand shirts is
allowed every Wednesday and PE
uniform is be worn on PE days only.

 Official school ID should be worn and
displayed at all times inside the school
premises. NO ID, NO ENTRY policy will
be implemented. The ID should not be
tampered. Lost the ID card should be
reported immediately to the Adviser or
Guidance Teacher.
 Hair cut of male is 3x3 clean cut. Female
with long hair must be properly clipped or
tied. Colored hair is prohibited
IV. Attendance
 6:30 AM Flag Ceremony – all students
are required to attend the flag ceremony.
 7:00 AM Gate will be closed. No students
are allowed to enter except to those SHS
students that are working.

 ABSENCES: Students who has been
absent should present a letter of excuse
stating a reason of his/her absence
presented to the teachers/adviser upon
entering the class.
 Advisers are encourage to conduct home
visitation to the student/s concerned.
V. Breakdown of Corrective Measures for
Student Violating the School Policy

 First Offense ---- Reprimand


 Second Offense --- Conference with the
parents with one day (1) Community
Service
 Third Offense ----- Suspension

Student Violating the School Policy
 Suspension is the penalty imposed by
the Student Disciplinary Board for
serious violation of the School Rules and
Regulations who is suspended is barred
from attending his/her classes a certain
no. of days depending on the degree of
offense committed. During the period,
he/she will report to the Guidance
Teacher.
V. Breakdown of Corrective Measures for
Student Violating the School Policy

 The parent/guardian of the suspended


student shall likewise advised to see and
confer with the Guidance Teacher for this
purpose.
