Problem’s
• Due to heavy rain /cyclone we facing leakage problems on roof.
• Due to heavy rains inside production area completely moisture
bubbles formed so that day plant was stopped.
• Facing problems with transporting , many transporters failed to offload
the bags to schools , some are dropped at ETG shops .
• Around 3 M extra expensive for local transporters due to road
problems.
• Spoiled bags approximately – 100 MT.

MM SCHOOLS VISIT REPORT ALONG WITH MR .IMRAN

1.we found 33 old batch number bags with out open , when am opened
two bags sealing &CSB flavor also seems good.
2. Old bags are downside & new bags are upside , it seems they are not
following FIFO
3. we found some insects on walls .
4. water leakage observed inside storage room from windows
5. they are not using pallets , which one they are using those not good for
PP bags stack.
6. ALL ARE NEW BAGS BUT WE FOUND SOME SQUIREEL / RAT DROPINGS.
7. One New bag damaged by SQUIREEL / RAT at storage rooms
