PAST PERFECT TENSE

Regular Verb
(Subject + had + verb(Past participle)
* The PAST PARTICIPLE of a regular verb is the same as its PAST TENSE

Irregular Verb
(Subject + had + verb(Past participle)
* Some PAST PARTICIPLE of irregular verbs are the same as their SIMPLE PAST TENSE
* Some PAST PARTICIPLE of irregular verbs are the same as their BASE FORM
* Some changes in spelling when formed to PAST PARTICIPLE.
EXAMPLE (REGULAR VERBS)

1. After Sofie had finished her work, she went to lunch.

2. I washed the floor before the painter had moved.

3. Before Lily had washed the car, She stretched for a minute.
