1947 - India wins Independence ! 1948-Dr GR Toshniwal, an eminent Scientist with the Govt. of India
foresees a need of Scientific Instruments in the post independence era. He
and his brothers incorporate Toshniwal Brothers Pvt. Ltd.
How did we start ?
1958-62
Toshniwal Brothers Pvt. Ltd. decide to manufacture Instruments in India.
Ajmer, Rajasthan the home town of Toshniwals, is chosen as the location.
Dr GR Toshniwal and son Er MG Toshniwal move to Ajmer to setup the factory.
Factory Construction Completed and Production commences in 1962.
