Qualifying criteria: Next month sale after Qtr end should be > 90% of target.

Q1: Jan-Mar 2024; Q2: Apr-Jun 2024; Q3: Jul-Sept 2024; Q4: Oct-Dec 2024
Qualifying Criteria

• Incentive is calculated for secondary sales target.

• The sales for subsequent month of each quarter should be minimum 90% of the target.

• MR's have to be in the employment of the company at the time of disbursement of the incentive.

Will earn 1.50 times of average earning of the team (MRs)
Criteria: team leader should be on 100% achievement of his / her target
Average earning of team will be calculated on sanctioned strength

 Will earn 1.50 times of average earning of the Team Leaders
 Criteria: Team leader should be on 100% achievement of his / her target
 Average earning of team will be calculated on sanctioned strength
