Note :
Updation of data on daily basis in Digital Log Book is compulsory to be eligible for Incentive. (Atleast 25 days the data needs to be updated in Digital Book in the respective Month)
1. Monthly SEC Value Target is Outlet Sellout Value Target (as given by SOP Team for the respective Month i.e February 2020).
2. For GT NON Parent Child Outlets & OT Outlets, having multiple SECs , Target & Achievement will be divided amongst SECs on the basis of ratios provided by the Regional Sellout Team.
For GT Parent Child Outlets - Targets to be provided by the Regional Sellout Team for respective Parent / Child Outlets.
Each SEC is eligible for full incentive basis achievement.
3. Monthly Individual Value Target cannot be less than Rs 9 lacs for erstwhile SEC's & Rs. 3 lacs for erstwhile SEC Band S.
4. For Incentive calculation Monthly Sell Out data for GT NON Parent Child Outlets will be taken on IMEI Activation + FOTA sellout data & on validated SEC upload GMCS sellout data plus activation for OT channel & GT Parent Child Outlets .
5. SECs who have joined on or before 10th of the scheme month and present in the system on Last day of the scheme month will be eligible for the incentive payout.
6. Model wise DP for Value calculation for OT channel & GT Parent Child Outlets will be taken as on 15th of the month & for GT channel NON Parent Child Outlets Value calculation as per the outlet sellout Value in the system.
7. Tab S5e includes T725N & T720N. Tab A-10.5 is T-595N, Tab A- Other Models includes Tab A- T355Y, Tab A (2017)- T385N & Tab A 7.0- T285N.
8. For focus model incentive on A10s- 3 GB of Rs 50/- per unit- only 3 GB variant will be considered. For rest - ALL GB variants shall be considered.
9. Selected SECs in Child Outlets & Parent Outlets in GT Channel will be required to upload Sell Out IMEI nos in www.SamsungSmartPartner.com, only uploaded and validated IMEI will be considered for Incentive Payout post validation.
10. In case SEC is found doing incorrect reporting in Retail Index (RI) audit then following action shall be taken- 1st instance- Warning Letter, 2nd instance-10% Incentive Deduction from Total Incentive Earned for the month, 3rd instance-25% Incentive Deduction from Total Incentive Earned for the
month, 4th instance- Strict Disciplinary action.
11. SECs need to achieve sellout of MINIMUM 1 unit of any Gear or Fit/Fit-e or Buds in February'20 to be ELIGIBLE for Overall SEC Incentive Payout.
12. All schemes benefits, being made available are applicable only for Products sold for use within India ('Condition'). This Condition has to be adhered strictly. In case of any wrongful or erroneous availment of scheme benefits not adhering to the Condition, Company reserves the right to recover/
deny scheme benefits on such identified Products. Decision of the Company in this regard shall be final and binding.
