FTR Concepts:
 FTR is first time right concepts for deliverables to define efficiency of correctness deliverables. Start
Two type of FTR
1. Internal FTR FTR
2. External FTR
 Internal FTR contains three steps SQC
1. SQC(self OC) means deliverables are checked and reviewed by person who prepared it.
2. PQC means deliverables are checked by one of our senior colleague.
3. Once PQC is done then FQC (final QC), in this deliverables are checked by quality PQC
department. (optional)

In internal FTR, efficiency required is 98% means in 100 deliverables only 2 mistakes are Internal
allowed. FQC FTR-
98%
 External FTR contains three steps
1. External FTR means once deliverables passed through internal FTR then it is delivered to QC markup
manufacturing team.
2. Manufacturing team also does check of drawings which is External FTR update markup
External
In external FTR, efficiency required is 99% means in 100 deliverables only 1 mistake is allowed.
Delivery FTR-

Local server folder access:
 To get the access of local server folder need to raise ticket through service now(follow below steps)
1. Click on service now app icon>>

Link for service now >> Service Portal - Service Portal (service-now.com)
2. After click on make a request
3. Then click on below folder

4. Once clicked on above folder then answer for general questions regarding local server folder access and submit.

VPN access:
 To get the access of VPN need to raise ticket through service now(follow below steps)
1. Click on service now app icon>>

2. Click-on the below folder and then submit

3. Once VPN access received click on shown in task bar.

4. Select TEREX_IN_APC server from list and click connect tab.
5. Put the login credentials for login.
6. Once login, verification code will be received on mobile for final verification.
Vault/ePDM access & SolidWorks draft sight settings_Manufacturing:

 Vault/ePDM access
1. Go to the below link.
EBS Help Request (Page 1 of 12) (office.com)
2. Answer the general questions.
3. Last question will have form in excel format contains basic information fill it and upload there only and submit.
4. Request will be sent automatically to IT and IT will provide access to the vault/ePDM with required login credentials.

 Drawing template is set as per GEP024 guidelines.
