     Test Cases cover more than just one thing.

    Finding  Test strategy and test plan for the releases do not
    seem to represent what is being changed OR the
    critical areas of the application, either because of
    high use or high risk.

     There is an inability to generate an overall trace
    matrix.
    Jira reporting does not reflect what actually exists due
    to items not being properly linked.

     Testing Methodology is not identified.
     Workload is not accurately visible in Jira.
     No Unit Test process is not visible for testers
    and makes test case design complicated.

     Test Case updates happen during sprints.
     Estimation process is unclear, which results in
    inaccuracy.

     Testing information is not easy to identify, and
    efforts are difficult to track.
     Communication between Testing and
    Development has to be encouraged and
    improved.
