SPECIAL COVERAGES:
• No Medical Examination for entry at any stage
• No waiting period
• Pre-existing diseases covered from day one
• Cashless facility available at a large network of hospitals
• If not cashless, reimbursement can be availed
• Maternity expenses covered: Normal delivery: 25K and C-Section: 50K
• New born covered from day 1 (Intimation to be given within 90 days from Date of birth )
• Pre and Post hospitalization restricted to 30 & 60 days respectively.
• Room expenses up to the limit of 1% of sum insured for non-metro cities and up to the limit
of 2% of sum insured for metro cities per day.
• ICU expenses up to 2% of sum insured for non-metro cities per day and with no cap for
metro cities @ 5% of sum insured.
• Expenses towards blood, Oxygen, OT charges, Medicines, Implants like Pacemaker,
Laboratory, Chemo Therapy, Radio therapy, X-ray, Artificial limbs, etc. are covered.

SPECIAL COVERAGES:
• Pre and Post Hospitalization expenses payable in respect of each hospitalization shall be the
actual expenses incurred subject to a maximum of 10% of the Sum Insured
• Parents to be included at the time of policy inception for existing employees and at the time of
joining for new employees. (no joining in between)
• Mid-term inclusion allowed for:
1. Newly married spouse (intimation to be received within one month from date of marriage)
2. New Born Baby (within 90 days from date of birth)
• MTMAT- Modern Treatment Methods and Advancement in Technologies
• LASIK Surgery - If vision power is above +/-7.5 D / cataract
• Hospitalization / Injury expenses arising out of terrorism.

Ways in which Dealers Share / Debit their Employees:

 No Employee Debit / Free of Cost: Dealers provides the insurance to all / selected employees as an additional benefit

 Partial Sharing: 50% Dealer and 50% Employee

 Full Debit: Employees debited at 10 equal EMIs to reduce financial impact, example: Rs. 350/month
