MR. BREAD
Introduction
Mr. Bread establishment located in Jamalpur
district. The company plans to build a strong
market position in this place. Mr. Bread has
come up with innovative products from very
beginning.
SWOT Analysis
Strength:
• Business is located within the target market.
• Best quality Bread and Milk from own dairy farm.
• Strong communication with the potential customer market
• Highly dedicated management team
• Strong technical competence.
• Diversify of the target market.

Weakness:
• Lack of experienced management skills.
• Less far modification and development facilities.
• Lack of secured fund for further financial resources.

Marketing Mix
Product
• We currently have only one product in the market and it’s “Dudh-
Ruti”. The product is designed to provide nutrition to the poor
people at a very low cost. Our unique selling proposition (USP) is we
are providing balanced diet and fresh food from our own farm.

Pricing
• The price of our product is very low compared to other products in
the market. Our price is less because we are producing the product
fresh from our farm. We are only depending on outsourcing for our
packaging. So we are able to keep the cost low.
• The Market Retail Price of our “Dudh-Ruti” product is 8tk/pack.
• Our revenue from the product = 2 tk/unit
Marketing Mix
Promotions
For promotional purpose we will be doing a yearlong
promotional campaign for our company. As we are
promoting our product for the poor so we are less
concentrating on mass media for promotional campaign.

Placement
The focus of our product placement is mainly the rural
area. Our distribution channel will ensure that the
product goes to each and every shop in the rural area.
Production Process:
We have our own dairy farm at jamalpur 8 acres
of land and beside that we have 10 acress of
land for flour plant. We also have our own
manufacturing plant on Sharibari, jamalpur
where we make the product. On our dairy farm,
there are 1200 cows to produce milk. We have
100 workers and 2 doctors available 24/7 on
shift duty to look after those cows.

• Well trained 50 farmers for plant.
• Well trained 100 workers to take care of cows.

Conclution
The corporation “Mr Bread” has been launched for
a social cause. This Is a low cost fast moving
manufacturing product. We hope that we will be
successful in our business. We will also bring some
new product under our company in future to
increase the portfolio of the business. The
management team will look for a strong supply
chain system which will work on intensive
distribution so that our product will be available in
every available shop.
