It is not the usual carnival in other places,
the Philippines has a different carnival.
There are rides, and shows and other
spectacular event but mostly the highlight
of Perya is the games we play.

The carnival is all set during the town,

barangay or barrio fiesta. They occupy a
certain portion of land, usually near a
park where the organizers set up their
different rides and games and stalls.
For this presentation we will be using
“Color Game” as an example for this
presentation.
The Color Game is where there are six
different colors and you will bet on
any color and the three dice will roll.
If one color appears, it will double
your money, if 2 colors appear, it will
triple your money and if the three
dices show one color, it will quadruple
your money.
 For instance, let's set a max of 3 rounds, this game 3 ÷ 648= 0.004629
uses 3 dice, each dice has 6 colors which are: Red,
Blue, Green, Yellow, White, and Pink (it depends on the 0.004629 × 100=
operator but these are the most commonly used 0.4629 ≈ 0.46
colors).
= 0.46%
For 3 rounds we have 648 total outcomes, let's divide
3/648 we get 0.004629. Multiply the decimal by 100
So we have a 0.46% chance of winning the game.
and round it off to the nearest hundredth we get 0.46
Which is almost likely to win this game according to
the probability line.

Though Color Game is actually a gambling game there are some disadvantages, but first let’s look at the
advantages.
The advantages in gambling are: you can earn money, fun and entertaining, can be a social occurrence,
and can be good for the economy and tourism.

The disadvantage is that it’s not very advisable and not a good alternative to earn money, it may cause you
some financial problems. It can be very addictive which is harmful to our mental health, and the odds can
be against you.

But, gambling can also be exciting and potentially lucrative if indulged in responsibility. Although gambling
continues to have a bad reputation, there are positive effects of gambling. In addition to having fun, you
can win cash, meet new friends, and develop your personal skills.

If you play responsibly, treat it like a pastime, and stick to your budget.
