The Oxy Zone constitutes just over 6 acres of the site and is a dedicated
green open space for the people who work within the complex.
The landscaped area includes a jogging track, exercise area, and an
amphitheater, creating a space for people to step outside and reconnect
with their surroundings.

not integrate with the open spaces, rather the two coexist.

in the Indian context), Cybercity uses multiple techniques to reduce energy
consumption and resource utilization.
Passive techniques for daylighting reduce energy requirements, solar panels are used
to generate electricity on-site greatly and 100% of the water used is recycled on-site.
Innovation and ideas of technology

• The sprawling Cyber City is also not connected to the

local electricity grid.
• Instead, it is powered by a combination of natural gas
turned into electricity, co generation.
• Cyber City, deploys the trigeneration technology to
capture and reuse that energy to power air conditioning
and for heating water, reducing the demand for additional
resources to meet these needs.
• And with that Vapor Absorption Machine (VAM) VAMs
utilize the waste hot air/ exhaust gases from a heat
source

A 100 MW Captive Power Plant of DLF

• Implemented Co-generation Technology Concept to produce
more than 100 MW power at any given point of time.
• Uses natural gas instead of diesel for power generation that
helps to remarkably reduce operating/maintenance cost. Such
cost savings are passed on to DLF occupants/tenants.
• The co-generation technology can deliver the same power and
air-conditioning required with 41% less fuel.
