Horizontālā koordināšu sistēma

Novērotāja meridiāns
Horizonts
Spīdekļa vertikāls
Augstums (h) – vertikāla loks
skaitot no horizonta līdz debess
spīdeklim

Altitude - the angular distance above the horizon measured

along celestial body’s vertical circle.
Azimuts – horizonta loks skaitot no novērotajā
meridiāna līdz spīdekļa vertikālam

Azimuth - the arc of

horizon between the
celestial meridian
and celestial body's
vertical circle.
Riņķu skaitīšanas sistēma – no N pulksteņu rādītāja virzienā

The azimuth may be expressed in three ways:

The first way: Azimuth (Zn)

measured from north point
clockwise to 360°.
No name need be given to the
value of Zn because Zn means
azimuth measured from north.

from north or south
through east or west
only up to 90°.

The third way: Azimuth (Z) measured from north (in the northen hemisphere) or
from south (in the southern hemisphere) through east or west up to 180°.
