• To help the eastern cape residents in software development and


networking solutions in the IT sector.

• Year 2- Find relevant location where the company will be situated
for stakeholders

S.W.O.T Analysis

• Strengths – ensures to always be the best in the field, best suited


for everyone as the aim is to put the clients first.
• Weaknesses – due to covid-19, the business has lost clients, and
had to cut some of the business services because of financial
state.
• Opportunities – due to covid-19 many businesses have adopted the
online business approach, thus giving us the opportunity to provide
network solutions and software developments to those in need.
• Threats – as the economy’s state is shaken due to covid-19, we are
afraid to increase our services , at the same time it will be
disadvantageous on our side. Furthermore, there is poor services
since there is lack of staff.
