Executive Summary

As a Programme Director delivering Change and Transformation programmes since 2006, I help
Transformation and Change leaders reduce costs, increase revenue and mitigate risks by building and
leading Change, Transformation and Delivery functions.

My teams focus on the People and Process elements as well as the technology. Change and
Transformation are about achieving the business objectives; the technology is an enabler. I bring
people on the Change or Transformation journey, influencing and supporting them to obtain active
buy-in.

I have spent my career in heavily regulated financial services, fintech and consultancy environments,
and have led several rescue missions, turning around failing programmes and delivery functions.

• Increased revenues by more than £5 million pa by the design and implementation of a new
data analytics service finding errors in finance systems
Omnio Group
• Increased revenues by more than £5 million pa, and reduced delivery costs by more than
£1.5 million pa, by the full lifecycle programme delivery of Banking-As-A-Service (BaaS)
products, Heliocor KYC & AML, Saltedge Open Banking, Netsuite CRM and the Omnicore core
banking platform
Aion Digital (Middle East)
• Increased revenues by more than $5 million pa, and reduced delivery costs by more than $1
million pa, by delivering the BaaS business banking functionality for a greenfield bank in
Dubai, and banking applications in incumbent banks in Kuwait and Bahrain
Bank of Ireland & Post Office Joint Venture
• Increased revenues by more than £15 million pa by the design and implementation of tablet
technology and digital content, selling financial services and leads for regulated sellers in 500
strategic locations
Williams Lea Tag
• Mitigated regulatory risk of more than £120 million, by the turnaround of a failing GDPR
programme across 12 countries, delivered 2 months ahead of plan and 42% under budget

▪ Entertained the CEO of the greenfield bank I was building in Dubai, by taking him sky-diving

tradespeople and volunteers to renovate an orphanage in Arad, Romania
▪ Treasurer and member of the organising committee for the Kings Langley Carnival, which has
at least 3,000 attendees and raises more than £5,000 pa for local charities
