Welfare Officer is playing the roll of Industrial Relationship. A Welfare Officer is
required for more than 500 workers. For exceeding 2000 workers one additional Welfare
Officer must be recruited for every additional fraction.

 Observing different facilities including, canteen, waiting room, childcare center,


adequate number of toilets and latrines, drinking water etc

 Helping the workers for having leaves granted with salary facilities and informing
the workers about all kinds of leaves and other relevant regulations

 Trying to improve the works and standard of living of the workers

 Providing advice to the respective authority for arranging training for the new
workers
