General Criteria
 Minimum Criteria
◦ If Basic Criteria missed consecutive 2 month, warning letter will be issued.
◦ If Basic Criteria missed consecutive 4 month, the Employee will be terminated.

 Employee covering 4 points would automatically get the 25% increment on his gross
salary.
 Down side renewal of the incentive program is not possible.
 Up side renewal of the incentive shall be possible with the approval of Management.
