and activities missed by the learner during the time he was
absent in class.

pinakamataas na pinuno o opisyal, still ibabalik pa rin sa
ibaba upang ayusin ang isyu na naireklamo.

 B. Learner’s-at-Risk for Dropping Out in School (LARDOS)
Agenda: Upang maiwasan ang pagdrop out ng mag-aaral makipag-
ugnayan lamang po sa guro upang mabigyan ng solusyon
ang problema ng bata at hindi mahinto ang pag-aaral ng
bata.
*4 absents lang ay drop na, absenteeism may result to repetition
*admission slip sa office kapag absent

C. Transferees na wala pang naipapasang documents tulad ng

SF 10 – Permanent Record at Birth Certificate, mangyari lamang
po na asikasuhin po upang hindi po magkaproblema sa pagtatapos
ng Taong Panuruan 2023-2024 lalo na po kung ang mag-aaral
ay nasa ikaanim na baitang. Hindi po makaaakyat ng entablado
o makaaattend ng graduation kahit pasado ang grade 6 na mag-
aaral hanggat walang SF 10. (Lacsam, Lagrama, Jutba, Monte)

 D. Reminders on the schedule of classes
Dapat alam ng mga magulang ang oras ng pasok at uwi ng mga
Agenda: bata (06:00 AM to 12:00 NN) para maiwasan na kung saan pang
lugar namamasyal ang mga bata. May mga ulat ang barangay
na maraming nakikita sa pasyalang lugar ang ibang mag-aaral.
Kapag nakalabas na ng gate ang mga bata wala na
pong pananagutan ang pamunuan ng paaralan kaya dapat po
imonitor ang mga bata sa oras ng pag-uwi.

E. Reading Program – conduct Intervention Program sa mga

Non-readers (Sit-in in Grade I) kaya po magextend ng additional
30-60 minutes ang bata para po sa free tutorial upang
matulungang makabasa. (Lumbre)

F. Ongoing po ang training na isinasagawa po sa mga magulang na

may anak na nasa Inclusive Education natin. (Lumbre)
