Safety Sign
It provides information about
safety or health and can be a
signboard, color, acoustic signal,
verbal communication, or hand
signal.
Signboard
It is a sign that provides
information or instruction using
a combination of shape, color,
and symbol but excludes
information in writing.
Caution
This indicates that there is a
potentially hazardous
situation which, if not
avoided, may result in death
or serious injury.
Voltage Danger
This indicates high voltage in
the area and surrounding
equipment.
Electrical Hazard
This indicates that electrical
hazard is present in the area.
Prohibition
This is a sign to instruct, inform, and
advise the staff and visitor on any action
which is specifically prohibited.
Meaning, you must not, do not, and
stop. Prohibition signs have a red circle
and cross bar symbol, red background,
and white text.
Wear Eye Protection
This means that a person
should wear safety goggles or
any related protection for the
eyes.
Safety Alert
This indicates that a person
should observe extra
awareness.
Warning
This is a sign giving warning
of a hazard of danger (For
example: danger, electricity).

avoided, will result in death or
serious injury. To be limited to
