Session Objectives:
At the end of the session, learners will be able to:
a) Raise awareness about the importance of kindness and empathy
by encouraging individuals to perform at least one act of
kindness towards others during "One Day: A Journey of Hope".
b) Foster a sense of unity and understanding among diverse
communities by facilitating opportunities for individuals to
engage in meaningful conversations and cultural exchanges
during "One Day: A Journey of Hope".

Materials: permanent marker, bond paper/manila paper.
Activity: Divide learners into small groups, providing them
with a permanent marker and a bond paper/manila paper.
Instruct the learners to write down one thing they are
grateful for or one act of kindness they have experience.
Group Roles: Assign roles like facilitator, timekeeper, and
note-taker within each group.
