from face-to-face conversation

communicators.

3. Visual Communication Strategies


- Can be seen through signs, web pages and
illustrations. Normally, these kinds of strategies are
used in workplace to draw some attention and to
provide documentations.

• Multimedia
- Is content that uses a combination of different content forms such as text,
audio, images, animations, video and Interactive content.

EXAMPLE:
1. FLIP CHART
- A large paper that allowing the speaker to record text or drawings with
markers during speech.

- These materials can also help you achieve the same
outcome as flip chart on an easel.

3. Handouts
- Sheet of paper containing relevant information that
some speakers use in conjunction with other
presentation media.

- It is a part of Google Docs, a web-based program
that allows group collaboration.

• PowerPoint
- It is often used to create business presentation, but
can also be used for educational or informal
purposes.
TIPS IN PRESENTING INFORMATION WITH THE USE OF
TECHNOLOGY

• Keep it simple
• Emphasize your key ideas
• Show what you can’t say
• Use close up shots and other
images
• Keep the number of images you
present manageable
• Combine variety with coherence
• Use large lettering
