Internal and external communication


• Internal communication is between two members
of the same organization. Internal communication
purpose is to provide an effective flow of
information between an organizations' department
and colleagues. Example: communication between
departments, notices and circulars to workers,
signboards and labels inside factories and offices
etc.

• External communication is between the


organization and other organizations or
individuals.it includes any communication between
an organization and its stakeholders outside the
company. Example: orders of goods to suppliers,
advertising of products, sending customers
messages about delivery, offers etc.
Communication methods
1)Verbal methods
(eg: telephone conversation, face-to-face
conversation, video conferencing, meetings)
