JUNE / JULY 2022
BACKGROUND
Infomatix hasn’t formally launched its product as such we just have a seed community. Given the bearish
market and lack community engagement plan prior to this point we have an unengaged seed community.
Statistically, in an average social media group, 5% of total members engage from time to time. we currently
have 10,768 members in our group and our average view per day is 80 and 352 in a week which is short of
the ideal 5% that should be about 538.

We are therefore at a point where we need to develop some community rituals that will be provocative enough to
bring back previously active members and cool enough to make new members stay active.
ENGAGEMENT
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
To create 2 community rituals and see it run for 2 weeks.

To increase the current average weekly view to by at least 5% in 2 weeks of implementing the plan.

To increase the number of posting members that’s currently at 76 (-10) by at least 5% in 2 weeks of
implementing the plan.
ENGAGEMENT
PRINCIPLE/ KEY MESSAGE
On principle , we have developed a moderation guideline that will promote respect and cordial relations
between community members.

The key message will be that given the persistent bearish market, we have decided to take care of community
members by rewarding their valued engagement with info tokens.
FOR QUIZ AND COMMUNITY CALL

The call session will be for 45 mins moderated by me.

The quiz will focus on our product and the general market.

STRATEGY Broadcast for both rituals will be also serve as content for marketing.

The community call will be on Telegram. It will be a subtle way of sending
message to individuals that are no more active that something new has started
in infomatix.
FOR THE INFOMATE

A google form link will be generated and used to curate an

will used to create a poll for voting.
FEEDBACK

66% of social media users like connecting with users they share common interest with. The community call will
serve as an avenue for community monitoring and listening in other to better serve the interests of the
community. And also generate points for inbound marketing.

The title and quiz is a form validating the engagement of users. These members could in return be used as
ambassadors when they are tagged on twitter.
