form cells composed of less than ten or twelve
membership for better control. Each cell has an
assigned leader whose responsibility is managing
only his/her group. There will be a regular reporting

write the behavioral expectations in cool non-antagonistic language defining how the Facilitator and the Group must support one another and
work harmoniously.

Two big papers are needed for each party (the Facilitator and the Group) to write the expectations. Everyone must attach their signature
WARNING SIGNS

Before an “attack” a warning is given.


Warning makes one think twice.
Because of warning, untoward events are contained!
Condition the group with different warning signs to
signal your desire for a particular behavioral!
REPRIMAND
How to do it?
1. COMMAND to stop the behavior!
2. State clear and logical REASON why it should stop.
3. Offer Options or ALTERNATIVE!
For Example:
“STOP that noise. It disturbs those who want to listen attentively. We can
have
similar group fun once we are over!”

“Do not continue with that game. It’s hurting your friends. Work on hobbies
instead!”

“Cut that talk. It offends people. Befriend newcomers and win new friends!”
