     BVPCL constituted a Panel of Experts (PoE) on 22.10.2016 to


    Review/Validate the usage of SAILMA-550-HI Steel in penstock through an
    independent expert technical committee.
     Leakage observed at Anchor Block-10(AB-10) during Hydro fill Test.
     Repair of AB-10 recommended & carried out in the presence of PoE from
    July 2018 to February 2020.
