Food:
In contemporary Western society, social class differences in food
consumption follow a general pattern. Upper class groups consume
foods that signify exclusivity and access to rare goods; while lower
class groups, on the other hand, consume foods that are readily
available.

Shelter:
Housing is often cited as an important social wellbeing aspect
recognizing the range of ways in which a lack of housing, or poor
quality housing, can negatively affect health and wellbeing .
 Good Friends:
 Friends prevent isolation and loneliness and give you a chance to
offer needed companionship, too. Friends can also: Increase your
sense of belonging and purpose. Boost your happiness and reduce
your stress.

 Constructing fun:
 Having fun has positive biological effects. When we do
pleasurable activities, it releases dopamine which leads to
positivity and can counteract more uncomfortable feelings of
hopelessness and stress. Finally, having fun allows us the
opportunity to connect and create bonds with others.
