Think of the issues and challenges that contribute to and arise from the divide. 3. Organize your ideas by creating a mind map. Use arrows to connect the divide to the issues and challenges and show how they relate. • The arrow pointing to the divide shows the issue/challenge that contributes to it. • The arrow pointing away from the divide shows the issue/challenge that arises from the range. • Group the issues/challenges according to the stakeholders and label them. • See the sample mind map on the next page.
