This dish is popular in France and has a


delicious taste. Chicken fricassee cooked
with cream, olive oil, onions, and more.
This dish can also be combined with
mushrooms and the taste is even more
delicious.
Ingredients and tools for chicken fricassee

Ingredients :

1. 8 pieces of chicken thighs 5. 1 bay leaf 8. 600 ml of water


2. 10 champignon mushrooms 6. 1/2 tsp dried thyme 9. 100 ml cooking
3. 3 minced garlic / fresh thyme cream
4. 1 onion, sliced ​lengthwise 7. 1/2 tbsp flour 10. Butter, Olive oil, salt,

STEP

FIRST Melt the butter, fry the chicken


until brown on the outside, set
STEP aside.

Season the chicken with salt and


pepper.

THIRD Add garlic, bay leaves, thyme,


sauté briefly until fragrant, add

transparent.
