I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my mentor, Mr. Vikas

Kumar, the founder of Sankalp Shiksha and an alumnus of NIT Hamirpur's
Electronics and Communication batch of 2021. His guidance and support
throughout my internship have been invaluable.
ABOUT THE COMPANY

Sankalp Shiksha is a non-governmental organization founded

by Mr. Vikas Kumar. The organization's mission is to provide
free education to underprivileged children. It has received
recognition and awards from various institutions, including
the Ministry of Nepal and the UP government. Some of its
supporters include the Indian Air Force, Tredence, Microsoft,
and more.
First Task
My first task involved creating a React component for the 'About Us' page,
specifically focusing on the Founders component. This component aimed to
showcase the founders of Sankalp Shiksha and their vision.

 Import required libraries and CSS styles, including React, icons, and AOS
animation.
 Define the component structure, including the container, title, rows, and
individual cards.
 Utilize the AOS library for animation effects on individual cards.
 Implement mentor suggestions for styling, layout, and content.
Second Task

For my second task, I worked on the Campaign component of the 'About Us' page.
This component highlighted the various campaigns and initiatives undertaken by
Sankalp Shiksha to make education accessible to all.

Creating the "Campaign" React component involved the following workflow:

i. Define the `Campaingns` functional component and return JSX code.

ii. Import CSS styles.
iii. Render a container with a title.
iv. For each campaign, create a section with title, description, and image.
v. Implement mentor suggestions for styling, layout, and content.
 Third Task
 The third task involved developing the Achievements component of the 'About
Us' page. This component outlined the organization's achievements and
recognition it received for emphasizing the importance of education for
underprivileged children.

Creating the "Achievements" React component involved the following workflow:

i. Import necessary icons using React-icons for each achievement.

ii. Utilize the "useEffect" hook from React to initialize AOS (Animate on Scroll) library.
iii. Define the component structure within the "Achievement" function.
iv. Organize achievements within separate cards with icons, titles, and descriptions.
v. Apply CSS styles, including animations, to the component for a visually appealing
presentation.
Fourth Task

In my fourth task, I created the Teams component for the 'About Us' page. This component
showcased the dedicated teams working tirelessly to achieve Sankalp Shiksha's mission.

Creating the "Team" React component involved the following workflow:

i. Import required images, components, and CSS styles.

ii. Organize team members into categories(Core Team, Executive Members, Mentors and
Intern Team).
iii. Use the `T` component to display team members' photos, names, and titles for each
category.
iv. Create a responsive layout for team members using the `responsive` object.
v. Export the `Team` component for use in the application.
 Fifth Task
 The fifth task involved working on the Home Page, focusing on the Media
component. This component showcased the organization's media coverage,
promoting its efforts and achievements.

Creating the "Media" React component involved the following workflow:

i. Import required images, components, and CSS styles.

ii. Use the `AOS` library for smooth scrolling animations.
iii. Incorporate a responsive carousel using the `Carousel` component to display
images.
iv. Embed YouTube videos within `iframe` elements to showcase media content.
v. Export the `Navbar` component for use in the application.
Sixth Task

 For my sixth task, I developed the Supporters component on the Home Page.
This component highlighted the organizations and institutions that supported
Sankalp Shiksha's mission to provide quality education.

i. Import necessary assets, styles, and components.

ii. Use AOS for scroll animations.
iii. Create a loopSlider to display a list of supporter logos.
iv. Embed supporter logos in image elements within loopSlide divs for visual
representation.
Final Thoughts
In conclusion, my internship at Sankalp Shiksha was a rewarding and enriching
experience. I had the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause and
enhance my technical and teamwork skills.
By completing this internship, I was able to get :

 Newfound Skills: Acquired valuable front-end development skills during the

internship.
 Mentorship Matters: Appreciated the guidance from experienced mentors and
team collaboration.
 Embracing Challenges: Overcame obstacles with creative problem-solving and a
growth mindset.
 Future Excitement: Eager to apply learning to upcoming projects and continue the
web development journey.
Skills Learned

 Proficient in Front-End Development: Mastered HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for

web development.

 Responsive Design: Acquired skills to create responsive and user-friendly web

layouts.

 Component-Based Architecture: Learned to build modular and reusable

components in React.

 Collaboration and Adaptation: Gained experience working in a team, adapting

to challenges, and implementing mentor feedback.
