 Summary: question types

 Vocabulary questions: word (meaning) or reference “what does this word refer to”
 Summary and table questions
 Insert text
 Sentence simplification
 Inference questions (infer, imply, suggest)
 Negative factual questions (not and except)
 Rhetorical purpose/author’s purpose (why and in order to)
 Factual information (wh questions except why)

 Complete the test in 20 minutes
