Stay in to recuperate. Do things
repetitively like household chores
to help your brain pare down.

emotions and it may feel like the pain of sadness
you are experiencing will never let go. These are
normal reactions to significant loss.
Mental illness
Is a term that describes a variety of psychiatric
(emotional, thinking and behavioral) problems that
vary intensity and duration, and may recur from time
to time. Major mental illnesses include Anxiety, Mood,
Eating and Psychotic Disorders. Mental illnesses are
diagnosable conditions that require medical treatment
as well as other support.

Inherited traits – mental illness is more
common in people whose blood relatives
also have a mental illness. Certain genes
may increase your risk developing a
mental illness, and your life situation may
trigger it.
