Nouns are everywhere in our writings.


A noun name something.

• Can name a person: Charles, The principal, a girl, etc.

• Can name a place: Mount Everest, my bedroom, the school, etc.

• Can name things (abstract and non-abstract): shoes, basketball, love, etc.

• Can name proper nouns: Charles, Duitama, UPTC, etc.

• Can name common nouns: a person. a city, the university, etc
