labelled so you know what happens in each

Monologue
• A monologue is when a character
may be speaking his or her
thoughts aloud, directly
addressing another character,
or speaking to the audience.
• Monologues are common across
the range of dramatic media
(plays, films etc.)

Mr Dumpton makes Terry read the letter from
school.

Good day at school? What have you been going today? What’s
that then? What are you doing Lesley? Go and play
somewhere else, will you? Did you do any PE? Anything else?
