• Does the writer include an introductory paragraph with a good Thesis Statement?
• Does the writer include 2/3 body paragraphs with developed ideas?
• Does the writer include a concluding paragraph with a Restatement?
Aspect 2: Organization
• Does the writer organize the essay with clear transitional words?
• Does the writer link ideas between sentences and paragraphs well?
Aspect 3: Vocabulary
• Does the writer use a wide range of vocabulary? If yes, give some examples.
• Does the writer use the correct word form and word choice? If no, suggest the corrections.
Aspect 4: Grammar
• Does the writer use correct sentence structures and verb forms?
• Does the writer use different grammar structures? What are they?

• Does the writer write a good essay?
• What can be improved in terms of Content, Organization, Vocabulary or Grammar?

5-6 (Average) You’ve completed the review of 2 papers on time.


Some of your comments are relevant.

1-4 (Poor) You’ve completed only 1 paper or you don’t do the review.
Your comments are not relevant.
