Phát 5 - Nội dung: Một dàn ý cho trước dưới
triển (1 phút dạng sơ đồ tư duy. Thí sinh dựa trên

Trong phần này, thí sinh trình bày một bài nói ngắn về
chủ đề được cho sử dụng sơ đồ tư duy (mind-map).
Cần lưu ý những điều sau:
-NÊN nhìn vào sơ đồ tư duy được cho và trình bày về
chủ đề, đây là phần trọng tâm.
-KHÔNG trả lời các câu hỏi- follow-up ngay (1, 2 &3),
chỉ trả lời sau khi phát triển bài nói xong.
-Có thể sử dụng gợi ý được cho và/hoặc ý tưởng của
riêng mình.
-KHÔNG nhất thiết /bắt buộc phải có ý tưởng của
riêng mình (your own idea).

• Firstly, living in the city is very convenient because
there are theatres, cinemas, restaurants,
amusement park, shopping malls and many forms of
entertainment. Secondly, it is very convenient to
travel from one place to another because the
transport system is very good. Thus, we have a lot
things to do and see in the city.
• In addition, cities provide better education with
several schools, colleges and universities. …..

• Nowadays, the Internet becomes more and more

popular all over the world. People use Internet every
day for different purposes/to do a lot of things. So, it
is true to say that "The internet is a good source of
collecting information". There are three main reasons
for me to say that.
• Firstly, it is very easy for everyone to access the
internet. .......
• Secondly, there are so many sources of information on
the Internet.
• Finally, the cost you have to pay for using the internet
is quite low.

nature or science which I want to look for on

Ebooks and documents on the different subjects or
topics. You can download them for free. For

phones. I do not need to go to the library to
look for information for my homework like I
did in the past. Moreover, I only need to go

keyword you enter on Google to find out the
information, it will show you different kinds of

• Secondly, the internet provides a huge amount
of information. There is everything ranging
from government laws and services, trade fair,
conference, market information, new ideas,
technical support. We can these search
engines, websites on different subjects and
large amounts of articles and papers are
available for personal use.
3. Thirdly, I would argue that the cost of internet
is quiet low/The internet has low-cost.

• Thirdly, the Internet offers low cost for people,
especially students. If students want to find
information for their lessons, they can use
Internet to look up information easily and they
do not need to buy expensive books.
Moreover, if people want to listen to music or
watch films, they also can use Internet to find
songs or films they need, they will not pay a
lot of money for their entertainment.
3. Finally, the cost you have to pay for the internet is lower
than others. For example, you just have to pay about two
hundred thousand VND for using the internet in a month
and you can do a lot of things such as playing games,
watching movies, learning online, shopping.
On the other hand, you will pay fifteen thousand VND for
a newspaper in the morning and just for the news and
information. That means you have to lose about forty
hundred and fifty thousand VND per month just for a
information and if lucky, you can find out the information
you want.
3. I would argue that the cost of internet is quite/very
low. You can read ebooks on the Internet instead of
going to the bookshop to buy the print version which
may cost you a lot of money.
Moreover, you can study online courses for free. For
example, I used to learn English and IT via MOOCs
without paying any fees. Also, the Internet allows you
to self-study different things. For example, you can
learn how to cook or make cakes by watching videos on
Youtube………
Using the internet helps us to have lots of useful
information such as:
- We can find out WHERE to eat or drink.
- We can learn how to cook a dish online ...
- We can make friends with lots people or get
information about someone
- We can shop online easily and quickly
- We can entertain online such as listening to
music, watching movies or playing games.
