ENCHANCING LOOK OF PRESENTATION


• There are many ways to enhance the presentation, like following.
- Changing colour schemes, background colour.
- Aligning elements logically.
- Inserting objects like Pictures, WordArt and Shapes.

3. CHANGING COLOUR SCHEME AND BACKGROUND COLOUR


• You can change the colour scheme or background colour by right-clicking anywhere in presentation and choosing Format
Background option.
4. SPECIFYING ALIGNMENTS
• You can specify alignment for any texts in a presentation by doing the following.
- Click directly on the text you want to align
- Choose whichever alignment you want based on the options in the Home Menu.
5. INSERTING OBJECTS - WordArt

• You can convert plant text into artistic text by using the WordArt tool.
- Go to Insert tab and click on WordArt under text options.
- After choosing the option you want, type in the text in the textbox that appears on the slide.
- You can move the textbox anywhere on the slide by dragging it through handles
5. INSERTING OBJECTS - Pictures

• Like MS Word, we can insert Pictures in the MS PowerPoint too.


- Go to Insert tab and click on Pictures under Images group. Select one of the two options shown.
- We had Chosen Online Pictures… which opened a dialog box. Type in the name of the picture to search for
- Once you select a picture and click on insert button, it will appear in your slide
6. INSERTING A SHAPE

• Inserting a shape in MS PowerPoint is the same as inserting text box, we can insert a shape box by following below
- Click on the slide in which you want to insert a text box.
- Click on Insert tab.
- Choose the shapes option and press the down arrow key near the Shapes button.
- Choose any Shape you would like to insert.
- Click and drag the mouse pointer anywhere on the presentation.
