• Exercising regularly is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. People who lead active
lives are less likely to get sick and more likely to live longer lives. Exercising allows you
to be in better physical condition and also improves your mental health and general
feeling of well-being.
• Nutrition and hydration also play an important role. Eating the right nutrients provides
the fuel you need to exercise, and drinking fluids helps prevent dehydration.
• Staying physically active can help prevent serious illnesses.

• A good nutritional state is very important for mental health and for the maintenance of
brain connections so that neurons remain healthy, protected and in balance, for this
reason, it is important to follow a healthy diet. This diet includes a variety of foods from
all food groups.
