A short definition about Health
 When the word of healthy come in our mind, generally we think that
– a big body, a six pack abs, a strong muscles etc. But it doesn’t
make a sense by this word. It actually means – stay well physically
and emotionally. And the word of health define based on time and
different types of people,coditons etc.
 In the other words – Health is a state of complete physical, mental,
and social well-being and not only merely then absence of disease or
infirmity.
Types of Health.

There are two types of


health. Such as –

Physical health. Mental health.


Physical health
