20. To define DL CA Relation Level in Cooperative Relationship Type, please

choose Configuration Management -> Special Function of Standard -> Cell
Coordination Management
21. Type and Check Site ID that need to create DL CA, then Query
22. To create DL CA, simply choose one Cell and click Group, and then choose
target sector to create DL CA Relation. Need make sure that Relation
between FDD & Colo FDD Cells already define & created before

Noted in Cell Coordination Management :
• Need to choose Cell one by one to define DL CA
Relation from FDD to Colo TDD Cell based on Existing
Relation
• System will read and show all relation that exist and
• DL CA Relation will added both way automatically
