An Assessment Report
Introduction:
• 258 care leavers of Rainbow Homes Kolkata were successfully interviewed to assess
their present situation in terms of:
 Socio-economic condition
 Education
 Livelihood
 Health (Physical & Mental)
 Entitlement and
 RH association.

• Care leavers from 6 homes were interviewed over phone from 19th April to 17th June,
2021. .
• Care leavers interviewed belonged to the period – Year of Admission (1998) to Year of
Exit (2021).
