FREEDOM OF A HUMAN PERSON
WHAT IS FREEDOM?
-Freedom is an intrinsic and essential property of
the person. This means that the human person by
nature is a free being that is in his or her nature to
seek freedom. An important indication of human
freedom is the ability to make choices and free
actions. Our freedom to set us apart from other
beings.
WHAT IS FREEDOM?

-Freedom is also understood as the power to be what you want to


be, an ability to decide and create something for yourself. As
humans, we are something that we don’t want any yet we have.
FOR EXAMPLE: You have those physical qualities that we
inherited from our parents. Despite that this is inherited, the
equalities there are still a lot of characteristic that defined our
personality which are the product of our choices. Our talents for
instance, or develop the rest only if you choose to delicate time
and effort to improve the, you may also have imagine yourself as a
successful professional in the future.
WHAT IS FREEDOM?
-Our nature as humans/people give us the ability to imagine the
future. Meanwhile freedom gives you the ability to strike and
achieve that goal, it is a root in the human persons self-
determination, exercise intellect and free will.

Freedom also requires a degree of control from the person who


exercises it as a person become more free when he or she exercises
control over himself or herself. On the other hand, a person
becomes less free when he or she is no longer in control, suffering
from addiction or less free because they are overpowered by their
addiction. In certain substances can bravely control themselves.
THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF FREEDOM:

absence of resistant, this means the person has a
freedom to go anywhere if he or she wanted to do
so. On the other hand, we cannot go to two places
at the same time yet we have the ability to go
whenever you want to go.

and mood in a given situation. As free as rational
beings, you must recognize the importance of
exercising freedom responsibility. This requires as
to reflect on our actions, considered or effects and
to make a proper choices regarding the most
beneficial decisions or actions.
HUMAN FREEDOM SHOULD BE EXERCISED WITH
CONTROL AND RECOGNATION OF RESPONSIBLE
LIMITS.

● We set limits to our own freedom on learning to


the moderate or control our thoughts, emotions, and
actions depending on the situation.
EXAMPLE:

You may have the freedom to pursue a


degree and medicine but realizing that
your parents do not a have the means to
send you to the medical school, you
decide to take a less expensive course.

● As rational beings it’s natural for us to think


before we act, we should use our freedom to act
and require more knowledge and we use this
knowledge in order to come up with decisions
and courses of actions when confronted with
difficult situation.
FREEDOM SHOULD ALSO BE EXERCISED WITH
REGARD FOR KNOWLEDGE AND TRUTH

EXAMPLE:
Journalist should strive for accuracy, verify
information before reporting, and present a
balanced view of events. This way they
contribute to an informed public discourse and
uphold the values of truth and knowledge in a
free society.
WE SHOULD ALSO RECOGNIZE NOT ONLY OUR
PERSONAL FREEDOM, BUT ALSO THE FREEDOM OF
OTHERS.
