Prevention Technic

1. Upgrade the Housekeeping

 Implement a proper dust extraction system

 To keep the dust concentration below its flammable zone.

A report from an independent contractor,

 Undersized fans
 Incorrectly installed duct piping
 Ducts are blocked by sugar

Question
Q 01: What are the basic components of explosion in this accident.?
Answer : (1)Sugar Dust (2) Over heated Bearing (3) Air
